He serves as Head of Endodontics and Chairman of the Postgraduate Program in Advanced Endodontics at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where he plays a pivotal role in specialist training and academic development.

He earned his DDS from Universidad Europea de Madrid and completed his specialization in Endodontics at University of Southern Mississippi. His academic career includes positions as Assistant Professor at the International Dental Institute in Miami (USA) and Coordinator Professor of Adult Comprehensive Dentistry at UEM.

Dr. Aranguren maintains an exclusive endodontic private practice in Madrid (Spain) and Linz (Austria). He is a Gold Member of Style Italiano Endodontics and an active member of the American Association of Endodontists. He has published over 40 scientific articles and is co-author of the book Microdentistry: A Practical Guide.
