Dr. Maciej Żarow, DDS, PhD, DSc (habil.), is an internationally recognized clinician, educator, and key opinion leader in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics, and adhesive protocols. He earned his PhD at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2002 and completed his Doctor habilitatus (DSc) in Medical and Health Sciences at the Medical University of Łódź in 2024. He is the author and co-author of more than 80 scientific publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Żarow serves as President of the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry (ESCD), Editor-in-Chief of Quintessence – Polish Edition, and Kois Center Mentor (Seattle, USA). Based in Kraków, Poland, he is the founder of a private dental practice and the “Dentist” Postgraduate Course Center, dedicated to advanced hands-on clinical education since 2003.
He is the author of the internationally published books Endo-Prosthodontics: Guidelines for Clinical Practice and Veneers (Quintessence Publishing), translated into multiple languages and distributed worldwide. His clinical and educational focus includes restorative dentistry, adhesive protocols, minimally invasive dentistry, microscopes, and digital workflows.
