I am a dentist and PhD in Dentistry based in Madrid, Spain. My professional activity combines clinical practice, university teaching and research focused on aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Since 2007 I have been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education at the Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, where I teach subjects related to restorative dentistry and dental aesthetics.My main research interest focuses on dental color, including shade matching, color perception and clinical methods for reliable color determination. I have been principal investigator in competitive research projects studying the reliability of dental shade guides and the clinical use of spectrophotometry in dentistry. In my clinical practice, I mainly focus on aesthetic dentistry, adhesive dentistry and composite restorations, as well as implant prosthodontics. I am a member of the European Federation of Conservative Dentistry and the Sociedad Española de Odontología Conservadora y Estética, and I am also part of the Style Italiano Family
